Another summer vacation has come to a close

As I write this, my two boys have just finished up their first week of school for the 2014-2015 school year. Nick is now in middle school, and his football season is now well under way. Luke is now a fourth grader. He will start up Scouts again in a week or so. Olivia, while not yet old enough for school, took her first ballet class yesterday.

I really enjoy fall. In fact, fall is one of my favorite times of the year, but it feels like summer came and went all to quickly this year. I know it sounds cliché, but it seems like the older I get, the more time speeds up. I need to remember to pause and enjoy these fleeting moments.
